1. About these terms These Terms govern your use of arstrikes.com and your purchase of ARStrikes products. The store and products are provided by iTLogic, Inc. ("ARStrikes," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Who can order You must be able to enter a binding contract to purchase, and you agree that the payment and shipping details you provide are accurate and your own.
3. Products, pricing, and orders We try to describe and price products accurately, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, refuse or cancel an order (including after it's placed), or limit quantities — for example if a product is mispriced or out of stock. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars and may change.
4. The ARStrikes app and access codes Playing ARStrikes requires the ARStrikes app, a compatible iOS or Android phone, and an internet connection — phones are not included. Your purchase includes app access codes (in the box) that grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for play. The app and its content remain ours; you may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it. Features may change or be updated over time.
5. Safe and acceptable use ARStrikes is a game played with mechanical game blasters and phones — no projectiles are fired. Play responsibly, in a suitable space, and don't use the product to harass, alarm, or endanger anyone. You're responsible for how you use it.
6. Intellectual property The ARStrikes name, logo, site content, app, and designs are owned by iTLogic, Inc. and protected by law. You may not use them without our permission.
7. Shipping, returns, and privacy Our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms and explain delivery, returns, and how we handle your information.
8. Disclaimers The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that can't be waived.
9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, iTLogic, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts located there.
11. Changes We may update these Terms; the version posted here at the time of your order applies. Continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.
